Turn Around Time:

Our current processing time is 5-10 business days due to all items being made to order. (Unless notified prior ahead of time to longer order times) Business days are classified as Monday-Friday (not including weekends or holidays)

Door Hangers: All door hangers have a 7-14 business day turn around time. If you place an order with a door hanger included, all items will ship with the door hanger time frame.

PRE-ORDERS: All pre-orders will list their individual processing times with each item. 

When you check out, you are agreeing to these terms. 

SHIPPING:

Shipping to Domestic United States ONLY.

Local pick up is available in York or ROCK HILL, SC ONLY
For LOCAL pick up, please choose "Local Pick Up" option at check out. This option is available for porch pick-up located at our home/shop. You can list in the notes at checkout if you prefer York or Rock Hill for Pick Up. You will receive a pick-up notification once your order is complete. Porch pick-up is located in York on Sutton Spring Rd or in Rock Hill on Dunlap Roddey Rd. Porch pickup will be located on the front porch. 

*Delivery times are separate from processing time (turn around time). Delivery times are estimates given by the delivery service provider and are not a guarantee by Southaholics. 

Returns: 

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. But please reach out if your item(s) arrive damaged or incomplete within 72 hours and we will be glad to rectify the situation.

*Please remember that USPS First Class mail does not have automatic insurance, so if you choose this option insurance is not covered in the event of non-delivery or damaged items. We will be glad to replace for a discount.
